The terms, written to be read - not to be skipped.

The Growth Catalyst (“TGC”, “we”) is a doctor-led hair care brand operated with Assure Clinic, whose dermatologists provide the clinical consultations described below. By using this site, buying from it, or booking a consultation through it, you agree to these terms.

Our analysis tools (Hair Analyzer, Progress Tracker, Routine Builder, Ingredient Scanner, Condition Guide) are educational tools, not a medical diagnosis. They produce a directional read of your hair and scalp; they do not replace examination by a doctor.

• We do not promise regrowth, and we do not claim to cure hair loss. Results vary between individuals.
• Where the analysis indicates an advanced stage or a condition needing clinical attention, the report routes you to a dermatologist. Please follow that advice rather than self-treating.
• Sudden, patchy, painful or rapidly progressing hair loss should be seen by a doctor promptly - these can signal conditions our tools are not designed to assess.
• If you are pregnant, nursing, or taking prescription medication, consult your doctor before starting any product or routine.
• This is not an emergency service. For a medical emergency, contact your nearest hospital.

These terms apply when you book an in-clinic consultation through this site.

• The consultation is free and carries no obligation to buy. You pay only for products or treatments you separately choose to start.
• Booking submits a request. A slot is confirmed only once our team contacts you - we may propose a different time based on clinic availability.
• Consultations are conducted by qualified clinicians at Assure Clinic under clinical confidentiality. Your data is handled as set out in our privacy policy.
• Any clinical opinion, protocol or eligibility assessment given in the consultation is the clinician’s, based on what is examined and disclosed on the day. Please give accurate history - including medication and medical conditions.
• Completing the Hair Analyzer beforehand is optional. Submitting its report to the clinic is your choice.
• Please tell us if you cannot attend, so the slot can go to someone else.

Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract forms when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order - for example if an item is out of stock, or a price or description was listed in error - and will refund anything already paid in that case.

Payment is processed by Shopify’s checkout. We never see or store your card details. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

• Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation.
• Typical delivery is 3–5 days, depending on your location.
• Shipping is free on orders above ₹1,999; below that a ₹79 shipping fee applies.
• Cash on delivery is available, with a ₹49 handling fee.
• Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees - couriers, weather and regional disruptions can delay a shipment.

Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If something arrives damaged or wrong, contact us with a photo and we will replace or refund it. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch.

Protocols are designed around a free in-clinic dermatologist review at week 12, where your week-12 photos are compared against your Day-0 baseline. Keeping your Day-0 photos is what makes that comparison possible - the review cannot be done without them.

If your shedding has not settled against that baseline, we book the review and it is free to you. The dermatologist’s job there is to tell you what will actually work - which may be a prescription we do not sell, or a procedure. A routine that has not settled the fall by week 12 is a reason to escalate, not a reason to buy more.

Hair growth is slow by nature: weeks 1–6 are typically quiet, and week 12 is the earliest point at which a meaningful change can be assessed. The review is a clinical checkpoint, not a results promise.

No refund is attached to this review. An earlier version of this site described a refund if a doctor found “no change against your day-0 photos”. That was withdrawn on 2026-08-09: the trigger only means something if the expected change is visible in a photograph, and this range contains no minoxidil and no finasteride. Your statutory rights and our 7-day returns on unopened products are unaffected.

You can use every analysis tool anonymously. If you create an account, keep your login details secure - activity under your account is your responsibility. Please don’t misuse the site: no scraping, reverse-engineering, uploading photos of someone else without their permission, or attempting to disrupt the service. Site content, branding and tools remain our property.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law - including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or under Indian consumer-protection law. Subject to that, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for outcomes arising from ignoring clinical advice given in your report or consultation.
