What to expect

We can settle the fall.
We can’t bring it back.

There is no minoxidil and no finasteride in our range, so there is no regrowth to promise you. What the routine does is settle hair fall and hold the hair you still have - and it earns its place at stages 1 and 2. Past that, the next step is a free consult with a dermatologist, not a cart. This page is the timeline you can expect, not a gallery of results.

The boundary

What the routine does - and what it doesn't

Most hair-loss pages only have the first list. Ours has both, because the second one is the reason you can trust the first.

What it does

  • Settles everyday hair fall - the shower drain, the pillow, the brush
  • Holds the hair you still have, for as long as you stay on it
  • Strengthens strand condition, so less of it snaps off
  • Keeps the scalp a clean, calm base for the active steps
  • Gives you a dated photo baseline and a free week-12 doctor review

What it doesn’t

  • Regrow hair that has already gone - there is no drug in it that could
  • Rebuild a hairline that has already moved back
  • Fill in visible scalp at the crown or the parting
  • Substitute for a transplant, at any stage where one is indicated
  • Work at stages 3 and up - past stage 2 we send you to a doctor instead

Everything in this column is a reason to see a doctor, not a reason to buy something. The consult is free, it happens at one of 14 Assure Clinic locations, and you are under no obligation to book anything after it.

We don’t publish before-and-after galleries for these products. Any we could show you today would be illustrations rather than patients, and an illustration of regrowth from a range that causes none is just a nicer-looking lie. When we have real, dated, consented clinical photography, it goes here.

Typical ranges

How Long Before the Fall Settles

Illustrative ranges based on protocol type and adherence - not a guarantee, and not measured against a specific patient cohort. Your own Progress Tracker check-ins are what confirm your actual numbers.

Wk 1–6quiet on purpose - the hair cycle sets the pace, not the product
Wk 8–12first real signals for most consistent users - lower shed count
Mo 3–6the point the lower shed count is holding, and you can judge it fairly

How to read these numbers

These are illustrative ranges, not individually verified outcomes. The scores in your own report come from three trichoscopy markers - hair count per cm², strand calibre, and scalp coverage - self-reported through your Progress Tracker check-ins at standardised photo angles. They exist to show you whether you are holding your ground, which is the outcome on offer here. A score that climbs is not something the routine promises you.

By concern

What to Expect, by Concern

Every hair concern has a different typical timeline, and a different ceiling. These are illustrative ranges, not individual guarantees - see your own numbers in the Progress Tracker.

Where this stops

Recommended at stages 1–2. Past stage 2, a free consult first.

If you need more than that, a doctor should be the one telling you so - and the consult for that is free.

Treatment Timeline

What to Expect, Week by Week

Every week has a purpose. The arc runs from a settling shed count to a settled one — fewer strands in the shower, month over month.

Week 1–2

Foundation

Products are introduced to your regimen. Scalp begins adjusting.

Visible: Improved scalp feel, reduced irritation

Week 3–6

Quiet on purpose

Scalp health improves, but the shed count hasn’t moved yet - that’s the hair cycle, not a sign it isn’t working.

Visible: Smoother texture, reduced flaking

Week 8–12

First real signals

Shed count and pillow/drain count typically start dropping. That count is the measure that matters here - it moves before anything in the mirror does.

Visible: Lower shed count, early photo comparison

Months 3–6

The fall stays settled

The lower shed count holds, which is how the hair you had at day 0 stays on your head. Your check-in (and, for the Trichocycle protocol, the free week-12 clinic review) checks that against your day-0 photos - and will tell you if your stage has moved past what a routine can hold.

Visible: A settled shed count, and hair retained vs. baseline

Ongoing

Holding the line

Continue the routine to keep the fall settled - hair loss is a chronic pattern, and these products work only while you stay on them.

Visible: Shedding held down, tracked at each check-in

Key drivers

What Tends to Make the Difference

Directional guidance from what we see across the clinic network - not measured statistics.

Consistent Daily Use

Consistency is what the hair cycle rewards - daily use for the full protocol outperforms sporadic use, by biology, not brand claim.

Daily use is the single biggest lever

Personalised Diagnosis

Matching your exact driver to a protocol via the Hair Analyzer beats guessing - a serum for androgenic loss won’t touch telogen shedding, and vice versa.

The right driver match matters more than the product

Full Protocol Completion

The 12-week minimum exists because the hair cycle runs in months. Stopping at week 4 rarely shows what the protocol can do.

Give it the full 12 weeks before judging it

Dermatologist Guidance

A free consult at the start - or the moment progress stalls - catches drivers a self-report can miss, like hormonal or nutritional causes.

Free at any point in the journey

Staying On It

Hair loss is a chronic pattern, not a one-time fix - stopping the routine once the fall has settled typically lets the pattern resume.

Holding the line means staying on it

Start where you actually are

Find your stage first.

Two minutes tells you whether a routine is your next step or a doctor is. Both answers are free, and we would rather give you the second one than sell you the first.
