Your photos are medical-grade personal data. We treat them that way.

• Scalp photos you capture in the Hair Analyzer and Progress Tracker, plus your intake answers (concerns, routine, history).
• Analysis results - your stage, scores, and the AI report generated from your photos and answers.
• Order and contact details when you buy - name, phone, email, address - handled by Shopify’s checkout.

To generate your hair analysis, track your progress over time against your Day-0 baseline, run the week-12 check (a dermatologist compares week-12 photos against Day-0 to see whether your shedding has settled), and provide the clinical care you ask for. We don’t sell your data, ever.

Photos are stored in a private, access-controlled bucket - there are no public links; every view requires a short-lived signed URL. Analysis data lives in our secured database (hosted in the AWS ap-south-1 region, India). Payments are processed by Shopify - we never see or store card details.

You, and your treating dermatologist at Assure Clinic. Nobody else. Photos are never used in marketing without your separate, explicit permission.

Your photos and answers are analysed by an AI model to produce your report. The analysis is automated; results marked as needing clinical attention are designed to be reviewed by a dermatologist rather than acted on blindly.

Ask and we delete - your photos, analyses, and progress history - via the contact page or any order email thread. Deletion requests are honoured within 30 days. You can also use every analysis tool anonymously, without an account.
